Data line detection standard
Contact resistance: Test the contact resistance of the plugs at both ends of the data line with a milliohm meter. The value required is less than 30mohm.
Insertion and extraction force: Measure the pull-out force of the data line with a dynamometer, and the minimum can not be less than 10N. We will take the average value after 5 times of inserting and pulling tests.
Plugging service life: Manually insert the plugs at both ends of the data line and the corresponding sockets, and make sure after more than 50 times of inserting and removing, the terminal hasn't been deformed, the data line function is normal. Then the contact resistance is tested again, and the detected value is less than 30mohm.
Lifting test: Fix one end of the data cable and lift the 3KG weight at the other end for a vertical suspension. It is required that the wire will not break, the external will not be damaged, the plug wiring doesn't get loose, and the test data line functions normally.
Drop test: Set the data line to 1 meter height. The plug parts at both ends of the wire are dropped on the concrete floor from the front and side. After being dropped for 10 times, the plug is not damaged, the terminal is not loose, and the data line functions normally.
Full load aging: Connect one end of the data cable to the charger and the other end to the 2.0A load for 4 hours. The charger works normally, the data line is not hot, and the line temperature is below 40°.
High temperature test: The data line is placed in a high temperature test chamber at a temperature of 70 ° C ± 2 ° C for 8 hours, and restored under normal climatic conditions for 2 hours, make sure there is no abnormal appearance, no corrosion of the data line plug, which meets the electrical performance requirements.
External inspection: The inspection is clearly printed and the content meets the requirements of the drawings. Use a wire cutter to strip the wire and measure the thickness of the data line, which is less than 0.5mm.
Wire core specification: Remove the wire outer cover, confirm the inner core wire meets the requirements. Measure the wire diameter and cross-sectional area of the wire core wire, and all dimensions should meet the specifications. Check the material of the wire core wire, which is required to be copper or tinned copper.
Shielding test: The data line requires aluminum foil and braided wire. Detecting both ends of the wire shield with a multimeter, it is required to have good continuity and reliable grounding.
Online charging test: Connect one end of the data cable to the charger, the other end to the applicable machine, turn on the power, and the machine performance is normal.
Data transmission test: Connect one end of the data cable to the computer and the other end to the applicable machine. The computer can recognize the tape with the machine and transfer the test file from the machine disk to the computer. The data transmission is normal.
Plug housing: glue does not shrink, burr, or scratch. buckle and shell joint are well connected. The joint gap is smaller than 0.5mm, ans will not be loose, cracked and so on.
Metal part of the plug: The exposed metal part will not go rusted, and make sure to avoid the plating being poor. The PIN is not deformed or lifted.
Appearance of the wire body: the wire body is free from dirt, blistering, shrinkage, scratching, deformation, and copper exposed.
Packing: The wire is tied with a cable tie and packed into a PE bag. The package is complete and can protect the wire during transportation and storage.
