However, the data cable has been used for a long time, and it will be broken if not accidentally. Many people will be very concerned about the life of the data cable. Today, we will teach you the correct use of data and data lines when the fault occurs. Due to the material and design of the wire body, there is sometimes a problem of wire breakage. In this case, people generally choose to throw it away and buy it again. Many users have come up with an amazing way to protect the data lines and make the data lines look new. Some users use spring coils to protect the data line interface, and use the spring coil to place the data line interface relatively weak, so that the protected area reduces bending and increases the service life of the data line. However, a more comprehensive method is to apply a layer of protective glue on the data line. This glue is mainly used for the protection part. After drying, the protective sleeve can be formed, so that the data line is more worn and durable. First, wrap the interface part with sealant, then apply the protective glue directly, and then dry it, it is not beautiful.


    In fact, the easiest way is to use the data line correctly. When the user uses the data cable, do not directly pull the data cable body. If the data cable interface will fall off for a long time, the data cable will be damaged. Proper use of the data cable is to grab the outer casing of the data cable interface for plugging and unplugging, and to lighten the data cable when plugging and unplugging, so as to extend the service life of the data cable.


    Another important point is how to choose the material of the data line. The outer layer is the outermost layer of the data line. Its hardness, strength, elasticity and other properties directly affect the use of the feeling. At present, there are mainly three types of PVC, TPU and programming lines. Users can choose according to their preferences:

    1) PVC material

    Polyvinyl chloride, abbreviated as PVC, is a relatively low-cost polymer chemical material. Because it adds a lot of additives during the artificial synthesis process, it has a relatively heavy taste in the early stage. The surface is smooth but hard and not too resistant.

    (2) TPE material

    TPE is a thermoplastic elastomer material with good thermoplasticity, elasticity and flexibility. It is more non-toxic and tasteless than PVC. Many original lines are also this material, it can be said that the data line basically has such a material.


    (3) braided wire

    The braided wire is generally woven with nylon and covered with a layer of nylon woven on the outside of the TPE. The wear resistance and pull resistance are significantly enhanced, and the material of PVC and TPE is significantly more resistant to contamination and the service life is increased.
